Office Staff

Dr. Sandhu strongly believes in “Treat others the way you want yourself to be treated”. She carries the same philosophy when it comes to her patients. Dr. Sandhu earned her Doctorate Dental degree from India. She continued her DDS path and is a proud 2002 graduate of NYU. She also completed her Residency at VA medical center in Albany, NY. She worked as an associate in upstate NY before moving to the DMV area in 2006. Since then she has been in private practice. Dr. Sandhu has committed herself to lifelong education and professional development through continuing education. She has taken multiple courses and certifications in Lumineers, Invisalign, Implant Dentistry, facial esthetics and Botox treatment and sleep dentistry. Her latest accomplishment is being a part of Pankey institute and completeing Essential 1 course and will continue her jouney along this path. She likes to give back to the community and enjoys going to the local schools to teach and educate the kids about good oral habits and importance of home care.  

Dr. Mistry is a proud graduate of University of Maryland College of  Dental Surgery. She has been creating great smiles in the DMV area for over 32 years. She is a proud mom of two daughters. Her hobbies include travelling, hiking, biking and specially cooking. She is passionate about spending time with her family and friends. Her caring and nurturing personality makes her patients very comfortable. Dr. Mistry is very grateful for the network of dental professionals she works with, in order to meet the needs of all patients that come her way.

Dr. Rudan Zhuo was born and raised in Fuzhou, China. She attended University of Maryland College Park and earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and minored in Psychology. She continued her education as a dental hygienist at the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery and practiced as a Registered Dental Hygienist for 8 years. Dr. Zhuo pursued her dream as a dentist by attending the LECOM School of Dental Medicine, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and graduated in the top 15% of the class. Dr. Zhuo received an Exceptional Community Service Award.
. She is active in dental public health and outreach services in the community. She regularly attend Mission of Mercy for missionary dentistry work and had traveled to Thailand for dental missionary trip. 

Samantha is our office manager. She is an active member of AAOOM. Over the time she has taken multiple courses in office management, dental software and insurance benefits. She is cheerful, outgoing, sincere and very hardworking team member who is also a mom. She likes to spend time with her kids and watch them grow. What makes her happy in life is her family and friends. She has a positive attitude towards life and is the best friend of everyone in the office.

Diana is our front desk coordinator and an asset to our practice. Noticeably quiet, punctual and professional. Her patience is her strength. She likes to learn and has spent multiple hours in learning verbal skills and taking care of your questions and concerns. She loves to spend time with her family. She has a  very committed attitude towards life and likes to help everyone. We are proud to have her.

Carmen is a wonderful assistant who is the right hand of Dr. Sandhu from the last 17 years. She is the one who keeps the office organized. She has a Doctorate degree as a Dentist in her home country. She loves to learn and she loves to travel. Sometimes patients come to see her rather than Dr. Sandhu. She is funny, she is a hard worker and will try her best to make you comfortable.

Very outgoing and with a smile on her face always, Nicolette offers high level of care to our patients. She is a calm confident individual , quick learner and an expert in making the patient comfortable.. She loves hiking, her dogs, enjoys traveling and right now busy in learning Portugese.
